Visionary Miai is a Wife, Mother, Licensed and Ordained Minister, Spiritual Midwife and a mentor to youth and women Internationally.  (Although Visionary understands that introductions are necessary; she believes that bios are biased and would rather you experience her than read her.) Along with being an active wife, mother and member of her church; Mrs. Porter-Riddick is an entrepreneur with her very own custom clothing brand.

The vision for Alpha Eta Theta rested in Visionary Miai's heart for two years before it would manifest. It wasn't until August of 2007 that she began doing research on what needed to be done in order to embark on the journey that the Lord had for her.

During her walk she prayed that she would be blessed with like-minded individuals to help take on this mighty task and the Lord answered her prayer. As such Alpha Eta Theta Christian Sorority, founded in Mitchellville, Maryland on Thursday, September 13, 2007 came to be. The purpose is to encourage and show women how to live a Christian lifestyle without compromise. Not saying they won't ever miss the mark. However, the daily goal is to live like Christ. Their desire is to provide tools to young women to help them become effective Christians in every aspect of their life, starting from their relationship with God, to understanding the beauty in maintaining healthy friendships and learning how to reach out to others, spiritually and naturally.
